Level One Property Group was jointly founded in 2020 by Cape Town based property brokers Andrea Fedele and Devon Etchells. With 18 years combined industry experience the objective was to create a boutique agency based on efficient and attentive service, discretion and the cultivation of long-term relationships with our clients.

Since inception Level One has concluded over 100 successful leasing and sale transactions for our existing and ever growing stable of clients. We service a multitude of property owners, tenants, investors in both the listed and private sector both local and international.

We pride ourselves on thoroughly understanding our clients’ requirements in order to provide accurate and functional solutions for all their property related needs. Although Cape Town based, we operate and service clients nationally.
